Paula Philbrook is the Director of Business Systems and Social Media.  She began working for SNHS in 2016.  In her current role, she supports agency and program specific business systems.  She collaborates with directors and senior managers to analyze business processes and strategically select technology to allow SNHS to operate more securely, effectively and efficiently. . Coordinating between external vendors, IT, and internal staff she helps implement and optimize new technology and processes. Paula has more than 20 years of business experience as well as experience working in a variety of technology related roles.  

Paula has a Masters of Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University, a law degree from Franklin Pierce Law School (now University of New Hampshire School of Law) and her BA from Prescott College. Paula enjoys outdoor activities and is an avid skydiver and skier.
