At the height of the 2017 holiday season Marquis Management delivered a $20,000 donation to Southern New Hampshire Services for the Rockingham Community Action Program’s food pantries
The generous donation from the Salem-based business will benefit not only RCA’s food pantry in Salem, but will provide support for pantries located in Raymond and Seabrook as well. The pantries provide food allotments to households facing severe economic hardship in areas where other locally-based food pantries are under-stocked or unavailable.
“This unexpected and extremely generous donation from Marquis Management will provide food availability to area residents not only during the holidays, but for months to come,” said Donnalee Lozeau, SNHS Executive Director in accepting the donation. “In addition, these funds will allow the pantries to stock a wider variety of food that can accommodate dietary restrictions.”
Ryan Denver represented Marquis Management in making the presentation. “We were so pleased to be able to give back to the community that has helped our business thrive,” he said. “It is comforting to know that we can help the families and elders in our home base community.”
